Please ship your cup to us and the return postage (including your new lid) is on us.

We occasionally hear from customers who have dropped their lid, and broken it. Although the products are robust, they are still ceramic, and breakage is a natural property of the material.

Each lid and cup are partnered up in the studio, we need your cup back to be able to find it a new partner lid and ensure that it’s watertight before sending back to you.
